Indoor pool, spa pool, sauna, games areas - open 4th Feb - 1st Nov and 22nd Dec - 2nd Jan.

Watermouth Inn, Small shop open 1st April - 28th Oct and 22nd Dec - 2nd Jan.

 Summer facilities i.e. outdoor swimming pool open May Bank Holiday - 30th August at our discretion and weather permitting.

Please bring your own towels for use when swimming.

The lodge is equipped with :-

Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher.

28" TV with dvd and video separate cd player and radio.

Gas fire and central heating

Towels are also supplied

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Keys available from 4pm on arrival. Please hand in by 10am on day of departure.

Children are always welcome.

Dogs - 1 dog only  charge of £20 weekly. Must not be left in Lodge unattended at anytime

High chairs & travel cots  - Cots and  highchairs  provided free of charge

Electricity & gas - Are fully inclusive

WE ARE OPEN - March to January. No bar or restaurant from 1st November - 20 December and from 1st March - 1st April. Accommodation only.

Groups - We do not accept ALL male/female parties under 25 years of age.

Responsibility - It is an express condition of the booking that we cannot be held responsible for any personal injury or damage to property nor non-availability of
accommodation or amenities beyond our control. We reserve the right to make improvements or alterations without notice. It is an express condition of the booking that we will not be held responsible for any planned facility not being available through circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to open only one of our swimming pools according to demand and weather conditions. We do not employ life guards, children under 16 and non-swimmers must be accompanied by an adult swimmer at all times.

Deposit - £100  for each week booked. Balance for rentals must reach us a clear 28 days before commencement of holiday.

Cancellation  - If cancellation is made within 10 weeks of 1st day of holiday then you will be liable for the full balance (we advise you check your holiday insurance for this eventuality). Should you need to cancel you must notify us immediately either in writing or by e-mail.

All Deposits are non - refundable.
